3 things that keep me healthy, well, & whole.

  1. Sleep. (full night--at least 9 hours for me)
  2. Water. (first thing in the morning & plenty throughout the day)
  3. Walking. (about an hour a day)

Sorry for all the mini-posts lately...it's all I've had time for.

But there is more in store.

Wow, good job for all of your snooze time. I wish I could do more of that. Water is good. And I love walks!! They are a staple of a good evening after work for me :)
