The environmental impact of eating meat: you may be surprised.

As I'm usually dancing on the border of vegetarianism (I typically eat meat only rarely), and as the daughter of farmers, I found this article very interesting:

oh what a wonderful topic you bring up!:). I totally agree with the article, if we as a society were raising meat responcibly, eating a small amount of meat and milk products, would be quite benificial for land use.
Unfortunately, i don't think that's ever done anywhere around here. . . responsible land use? :(. . .
