Tonight we went to the Grand Ole Opry. My favorite was Cherryholmes. I'm realizing how much I like bluegrass, and I'm fascinated with bands that are families.
I do have to say that bluegrass is freaking amazing! Its not only the sound, which I can only describe as 'clever', but it's the idea that it's simple, unassuming, and not pompous or arrogant or conceited. Yes, music can be these things, and bluegrass...just.....doesn't emit that vibe!
